Uses
- Apply to neck and wrists to regain calm.
- Add to fractionated coconut oil and use for soothing massage.
- Rub into the soles of your feet in the morning to feel a boost of encouragement and confidence.
- Apply to the soles of your feet before bedtime.
- Use on the neck, wrists, and soles of the feet before yoga or meditation.
Directions for use
Aromatic: Add three or four drops to any diffuser.
Topical: Rub one or two drops onto the desired area. Dilute with dōTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity reactions. Additional precautions: see below.
