Orders
Order processing takes 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified. Orders are immediately forwarded for processing to ensure the fastest possible delivery of products.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled because it immediately goes into processing to reach you as quickly as possible. However, remember that you have the option to return the order after receiving it.
Delivery and returns
We currently fulfill orders throughout Europe. International shipping is fully available.
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout, depending on the chosen shipping method. You will see the exact amount in the summary at the checkout before placing your order.
The refund for the returned goods is processed within 14 days from the moment we receive the return shipment.
If you receive a damaged shipment or the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at the email address: kontakt@naturalne-olejki.pl. Remember to include photos of the damage or describe the problem. We will do everything to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please remember to provide your order number when contacting us.

No, having an account is not necessary to place an order. You can make a purchase as a guest, but registering an account allows you to track orders and place future orders more quickly.
Yes, you can change or update your address details at any time by logging into your account. In the ‘My Account’ section, you will find the option to edit your information, allowing you to keep your details up to date.
Yes, after logging into your account, in the ‘My Orders’ section you can check the full history of your orders, including the status of current ones and details of previous purchases.
