How to use

• Immerse yourself in a relaxing Epsom Salt bath by adding three to four drops of diluted doTERRA ADAPTIV essential oil to the bathwater.
• Mix three drops with fractionated coconut oil for a soothing massage.
• Diffuse the oil in a room diffuser to promote focused and calm thinking.

Usage tips

Topical use: apply one or two drops to the chosen area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
